I ran the Carbon Diet alongside other green ventures. I've since become an ACT Greens member for Ginninderra (Belconnen Canberra).
I never intended to be a politician. I was an activist, an artist and a businesswoman. But climate change showed me I can't ignore politics anymore. If we're going to take real action, we need businesses, the community and every level of government working together. We must cut carbon now and adapt to the changes already locked in. The good news? I know it's possible. I already cut carbon by 77%. Think what we'll achieve when we all work together.
